Meet Roberto
I’m a Costa Rican chef working from Puerto Viejo and the South Caribbean. My cooking brings together contemporary Costa Rican ideas, tropical ingredients and the pleasure of welcoming people around a table. I’ve worked as a sous chef for the Villa Sazón workshop, cooked in a respected local restaurant and provided private chef services.

How do I book?
Send the availability form with your date, property and guest count. Roberto reviews the details and sends a proposal. Approval and payment of the required 50% deposit confirm the booking.
Is my request confirmed?
No. An enquiry, form submission or WhatsApp message does not confirm a booking. Roberto must approve the arrangements and receive the required deposit.
Can Roberto cook at my villa?
Share the location, host permission, kitchen equipment and access details. Roberto confirms whether the property can support the requested menu and group.
What kitchen equipment is needed?
Working refrigeration, a stove, preparation and washing space, water and electricity are the starting points. Oven, grill, utensils and tableware depend on the final menu.
Can menus be adapted?
Share your preferences before confirmation. Adaptations depend on ingredients, preparation requirements and kitchen conditions and must be approved.

Requests are considered for Puerto Viejo de Talamanca, Cocles, Playa Chiquita, Punta Uva, Manzanillo and Cahuita, subject to date, access and kitchen review.
